Refund Policy

Musheer.com maintains a seven-day refund policy, which allows clients to request a refund within seven days from the date of service. To qualify for a refund, clients must demonstrate that the advice received through a consultation with an attorney was not up to service standard or that the attorney had gravely misinformed them on the concerned matter. In the case of services obtained, clients must prove that they did not use and benefit from the services for which payment had been made.

Please note that no refunds are available for the “Engage a Lawyer” service as Musheer.com merely facilitates the connection between the user and the attorney. Any financial transactions are strictly between the user and the attorney.

In the event of gross negligence or misrepresentation by the attorney, a chargeback may be initiated against the attorney. However, Musheer.com is not responsible for the services provided by the attorney and cannot be held liable for any issues arising from the attorney-client relationship.

To initiate a refund request, clients can contact us at ask@musheer.com. If any physical documents are involved, they need to be returned to our company’s address at 859 Block R-1 Johar Town, Lahore.

Once the return is received and inspected, the client will be notified about the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within ten business days. However, it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Certain types of services cannot be refunded, such as customized agreements, contracts, wills, testimonies, etc. Refunds are also not accepted for case outcomes, which Musheer.com cannot monitor or influence. Refunds are not accepted on promotions and discount codes, vouchers, and other marketing rewards. Clients are encouraged to get in touch if they have questions or concerns about their specific service.

This refund policy is subject to change without notice. Changes will be posted on this page and your use of this website after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified terms and conditions and all of the changes.
